National Parents Council Survey
Below is an email received from the National Parents Council.
Dear Parents,
We have reached the next stage of consultation on the senior cycle review. Many of you have given us your views on the first 6 subjects in our recent consultation and we thank you for that.
There are 5 areas to be considered in this next stage.
Firstly, a review of Leaving Certificate Business along with two new subjects: Leaving Certificate Drama, Theatre and Film Studies and Climate Change and Sustainable Development.
There are also changes proposed with regard to the Leaving Certificate Applied and Leaving Certificate Vocational programmes.
Finally, there are proposals to offer senior cycle students with additional needs a programme which will follow on from the Level 1 and Level 2 programmes at junior cycle.
National Parents Council would like to get your views on any or all of the areas mentioned above. You will see below a series of 5 links to each of these areas so you can choose to answer as many of these as you wish.
