Distance Learning

By Adamstown CC on 08/01/2021

From Monday 11th January 2021, the college will be commencing distance learning in accordance with public health guidelines.  We are keen to support all members of our community through this time. We have created a new 'Distance Learning' tab and would ask all members of our community to visit this tab.

Please ensure that both students and parents are regularly checking all school communications to ensure you are aware of any updates.

Should you or your child have any issues accessing the distance learning provision, we would ask parents to contact the school or tutors within allocated school times.

Body Warmer

By Adamstown CC on 24/10/2020

Good ventilation is key in the fight against Covid-19 in our schools. As the weather gets cooler this ventilation will mean that students will need to layer up when coming to school. We have explored the addition of a body warmer to our uniform. Our Student Council and our Parents Council have decided on the option below. This will have ACC embroidered on the front left and costs 36 euros. Our uniform supplier (Grants) will do a click and collect with this jacket. You order and pay Grants online or over the phone. They will drop the jackets out to the school where it can be picked up by your son/daughter. There is no additional charge for this service.

They suggest when ordering that you use your son’s/ daughter’s jumper size as a guide.

Please note that the body warmer jacket is an optional extra for the uniform.
